The Limelight Hotel Reservations Department will have the quoted rates below available to any guest who calls in and identifies him/herself with Aspen Urology 2026 group for these rooms will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis.  The group rate cutoff date is January 6th 2026.

Please make sure to reference the group name Aspen Urology 2026 group  to receive the discounted rates. We have both phone and email options to book rooms, and we find that over the phone is the best way to give guests the best booking accuracy and ensure they get the maximum discount.

We have a limited amount of rooms available at the block rate of $615.00 per night from February 6 through February 11. If you book a night beyond February 11, the rate will be discounted at 10% off the hotel’s usual rate. Guest Amenity Fee and Tax: An 10% guest amenity fee and 11.3% lodging tax will be added to the quoted guestroom rate. 

Underground parking is available at $45.00 per vehicle per night.

The Limelight will not be able to extend the group rate beyond the night of Wednesday 2/11 as our occupancy is very high due to President's Day Holiday weekend.

We can extend a 10% discount off the best available rate for any nights from 2/12 into the weekend
